I heard he was heading to Switzerland to support the Constitutional Amendment for attorney’s for animals, complete with Miranda warnings, before introducing the bill (and tax to pay for it) here.

Why would Obama care? I think a different branch takes care of that like the head of FBI. If anyone was to do something illegal, I think they would leave the president out of it.
