No. "Head of household" has a specific meaning to the IRS. A HoH has to have paid more than half the cost of keeping up a home for the year, so there cannot be two HoH’s in a single household. And you need a qualifying child or other relative in order to claim HoH status.
Read the "Marital Status" portion of IRS Publication 17.
You cannot file as HOH. In order to file HOH you must have a child and pay more than 50% of the household expenses.
